Jewellery Care
Our jewellery will retain its beauty and shine when looked
after properly. All jewellery must be handled with care and
our sterling silver jewellery needs to be regularly cleaned with a soft silver polishing cloth. Jewellery that has
embellishments of semi-precious stones, or cubic zirconias , pearls,
wood, leather etc.must not be worn whilst participating in outdoor activities such as playing sport, bike-riding, skiing or
swimming, as the stones may become loose and be lost.
Please
do not use any harmful cleaning products on any silver or metal
jewellery. Do not allow your jewellery to come into contact with
perfumes, detergents or any fluids that may cause discolouring or
damage the surface in any way. Exposure to high temperatures may cause
silver to tarnish. Please do not leave our jewellery lying in the sun or
locked in a cabinet where there may be humidity eg. bathroom. This may cause discolouration of the metal.
Our jewellery should not be worn in spas or swimming pools as salt or
chemically treated water may tarnish or discolour the metal. Please be
careful not to wear jewellery in situations where contact may occur or where it may be knocked into hard or rough surfaces.
If silver becomes tarnished clean with a soft silver polishing cloth which may be purchased from most jeweller suppliers.
Returns Policy
We endeavour to inspect all our product for quality but on the odd occasion that there may be a manufacturing fault please contact us at info@cerri.com.au for an authority to return document.
We will not accept products for returns that may incur breakages or discolouration etc. due to natural wear & tear.
We cannot take the responsibilty to guarantee any product once the customer has worn the item unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault.
Delivery Information
All our deliveries will be made approximately 4-6 weeks from placing your order.
If in the item is in stock, then deliveries will be made within 7 days.
For all deliveries within Australia charges are as below.
All deliveries are made using Australian registered post, express satchels or courier.
AUD$10 for parcels under 500 gms
AUD$20 for parcels between 500 gms and 1 kilo.
